  • Multitasking: While you might want to get as much done at once as you can, you will be creating stress for yourself that will manifest physically. When you are at work or running errands, don't take on too much at once, as you will notice wrinkles form quicker than they would otherwise.
  • Sleeping too little: Getting enough rest each night is essential for skin that is healthy and youthful. Make sure that you set a bedtime that is early enough for you to get at least seven hours of sleep each night.
