Reality star and chef challenges plastic surgeon over Botox claims

If you’re interested in Botox injections, breast augmentation or any other cosmetic procedure, the decision to go through with the treatment is yours and yours alone. That being said, you may find that friends, loved ones and even complete strangers feel the need to weigh in on your choice. This is particularly true for anyone working in the public eye. Bethenny Frankel, host of “Bethenny” and a former regular on “Real Housewives of New York,” was recently the subject of harshly critical Botox rumors, but instead of letting the speculation slide, she decided to speak up.

“Dr. Robert Guida is the one who commented on my face. A. I’ve never met you. B. You’re not my doctor. C. Shut your pie hole and go back to your corner,” she said in a televised segment directed at the plastic surgeon who discussed her botched Botox injections in an interview with the Dail Mail, a U.K. publication.

Frankel explained that, while she has undergone Botox treatments in the past and may do so again, she opts for such enhancements in moderation. “If you want to do something to make yourself feel good do it. Of course, take precautions, ask your doctor,” she added.

Even the most self-assured people may get a bit self-conscious about the fine lines and wrinkles that start to form as they age. Given how sophisticated and accessible plastic surgery has become, it is perfectly understandable to consider consulting plastic surgeons in Miami about your options.
