“They found that in the areas of both sexual satisfaction and sexual arousal, there were significantly increased feelings,” said ASPS committee member Dr. David Reath. While he did allow that this boost could have more to do with how these women feel about themselves, and the empowering aspect of taking matters into their own hands when it comes to their appearance. The source states that 45 women were involved in the investigation, 36 of whom cited this benefit 18 months after they went under the knife.
